Return & Refund Policy — Noir Oak
At Noir Oak, each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
1. Returns Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural damage upon delivery
- The issue must be:
- Reported at the time of delivery
- Clearly noted on the delivery receipt
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or bespoke furniture
- Items accepted without remarks at delivery
- Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (natural wood characteristics)
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only processed if:
- The issue is verified by our team
- The product qualifies under return eligibility
- Approved refunds will be:
- Processed within a reasonable timeframe
- Issued via the original payment method (where applicable)
4. Advance Payments
- Any advance payment made for custom orders is non-refundable once production has started.
5. Return Shipping
- If a return is approved:
- Noir Oak will arrange pickup for defective items
- If return is due to customer-related issues:
- Shipping costs will be borne by the customer
