Return & Refund Policy — Noir Oak

At Noir Oak, each piece is handcrafted and made-to-order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Structural damage upon delivery
  • The issue must be:
    • Reported at the time of delivery
    • Clearly noted on the delivery receipt

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or bespoke furniture
  • Items accepted without remarks at delivery
  • Minor variations in color, grain, or texture (natural wood characteristics)

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed if:
    • The issue is verified by our team
    • The product qualifies under return eligibility
  • Approved refunds will be:
    • Processed within a reasonable timeframe
    • Issued via the original payment method (where applicable)

4. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payment made for custom orders is non-refundable once production has started.

5. Return Shipping

  • If a return is approved:
    • Noir Oak will arrange pickup for defective items
  • If return is due to customer-related issues:
    • Shipping costs will be borne by the customer
