Shipping Policy

Welcome to Noir Oak. We take immense pride in our bespoke craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring your furniture arrives in pristine condition. As our pieces are handcrafted and often made-to-order, our shipping process prioritizes safety and quality over speed.

1. Production & Processing Time

Bespoke Orders
Each piece is handcrafted in our Sargodha workshop. Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production before dispatch.

Ready-to-Ship Items
In-stock items are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation call or email once your order is placed, followed by a second notification after your piece has passed quality control and is ready for delivery.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched from our workshop, estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Punjab (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 3–5 business days
  • Sindh & KPK (Karachi, Peshawar): 5–8 business days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Delivery & Inspection

Furniture is bulky and requires careful handling. To ensure satisfaction:

Reporting Damage
If you notice any surface scratches, structural damage, or discrepancies, please record them on the Delivery Receipt and contact us immediately.

Signing
If the delivery receipt is signed without any comments, the item will be considered accepted in good condition.

4. Access & Fit Responsibility

Before placing your order, ensure that the furniture dimensions (listed on each product page) allow for smooth access through doorways, hallways, and elevators.

Noir Oak is not responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to space constraints at the destination. In such cases, any return shipping costs or restocking fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 48 hours of placing your order. Once the item has been dispatched from our workshop, address changes may result in additional redirection fees.
